• Client changes their decision post-service commencement

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the service date. Please provide all relevant details and receipts to process your request efficiently.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. The method of refund will be communicated and coordinated with you.
